Honey Creek Ridge is a community where people give their time to support one and another. The association board is all volunteers who take their time to help provide oversight to the multitude of services necessary to maintain our neighborhood’s lighting, landscaping and safety. It is because they care, we can all smile when we stroll through the neighborhood and be glad we live here.

Honey Creek Ridge is a community located in the Highlands area of Renton, Washington. The first home was built in 1994 and the neighborhood of 100 single family homes was completed in 1998. Each homeowner is automatically a voting member of the Honey Creek Ridge Homeowners Association.The Honey Creek Ridge Homeowners Association represents all of the property owners in Honey Creek Ridge. Through its Board of Directors and various committees, the Association reviews architectural aesthetics, enforces the covenants, maintains common property, and streetlights.  

The Association owns 3 common properties, one open space play area and two storm water detention ponds.

A Board of Directors conducts the business of the Association at monthly meetings, which are open to all residents, and generally held in board members homes. An Annual Membership Meeting is held each Fall, usually in October, at which time annual reports are published, new Directors are elected, resident input is solicited and any other business pertaining to the Honey Creek Ridge Homeowners Association is conducted.

Honey Creek Ridge Homeowners Association dues are $430 per year, and are paid annually on March 31st.  According to Honey Creek Ridge Bylaws, all residents are responsible for making timely payments.

Under Honey Creek Ridge’s is Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs), all homeowners are required to submit plans for anything done to change the outward appearance of their property. They are also required to comply with all other rules regarding homeowner property management and use.
